  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the white wine, anisette liqueur, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
