  2. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, eggs, granulated sugar, corn syrup, water, and vodka until smooth.
  3. If desired, add food coloring.
  4. Fill the prepared muffin tins 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the Broken Glass Topping:

  1. Combine white chocolate chips and vodka in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  2. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Remove bowl from heat and stir in red sprinkles.
  4. Pour mixture onto a silicone mat or parchment paper. Chill for 1 hour, or until solid.

To Assemble:

  1. Break hardened chocolate into large glass-like shards.
  2. Dip the top of each cupcake into melted white chocolate.
  3. Sprinkle with white sprinkles.

  5. Top with a dollop of melted white chocolate.
