  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the moose meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in the same skillet until softened.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
