  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the chicken mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.

  6. In the same skillet, deglaze with Marsala wine. Cook until the wine is reduced by half.
