  1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  5. Add onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until translucent.
  6. Stir in Marsala wine and let simmer until reduced by half.
