- Scoop out a heaping tablespoon of batter and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon to spread it into a thin circle, about 3 inches in diameter.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place a fortune paper in the center of each one.
- Fold the cookies in half, then in half again to create a triangle shape.
