  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Mix well.
  3. Add the ribs to the bowl and turn to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  5. Line a baking sheet with foil and place ribs on top.
