Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture reaches a temperature of 234°F on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. Return the saucepan to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Let cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
