  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat in the marinade.
  4. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
