Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in black beans, corn, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Place a tortilla in a baking dish. Add 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture to the center of the tortilla.
  8. Roll up the tortilla and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  9. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
