  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add pork tenderloin to the marinade and turn to coat.
  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and discard marinade.
