  1. Finely crush the Oreos in a food processor until they resemble coarse crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the crushed Oreos and mix well.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the Oreo mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place the truffles on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
