Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion and bell peppers and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and garlic and cook until the shrimp turns pink and opaque, about 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
