Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Shuck the corn, removing all the corn silk. Clean the corn thoroughly under running water.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, butter, and lime juice until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, mix the grated cheese, chilli powder, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  5. Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture and place on the preheated grill.
