  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Score the ham's skin in a diamond pattern to create a crispy outer layer.
  3. Mix brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ground mustard, ground cloves, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour the glazed mixture over it. Add enough water or chicken broth to cover the bottom of the pan.
