Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and pork over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Add the salsa, black beans, and corn to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
