  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan over the Oreo crust. Sprinkle with half of the white chocolate chips and half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and cream de menthe. Pour the mixture over the cheesecake batter.
  6. Top with the remaining cheesecake batter and sprinkle with the remaining white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely before serving.
