Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Brew green tea and allow it to cool. Add matcha powder to the cooled tea.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add mascarpone cheese and beat until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract and salt until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the green tea mixture and arrange them in a single layer in the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
