1/4 cup of vegetable oil for brushing

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cube the tofu into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, ground pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Brush the tofu cubes lightly with vegetable oil and arrange them on the wooden skewers.
  5. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
