  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, egg yolks, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour the caramel sauce into the bottom of an Instant Pot insert.
  3. Strain the custard mixture over the caramel sauce.
  4. Cover the Instant Pot and set to "Manual" on high pressure for 25 minutes.
