  1. Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Turn on the Instant Pot to the "Sauté" function. Brown the beef cubes in batches until they are browned on all sides. Transfer the browned beef to a plate.
  3. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the Instant Pot and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the black beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the beef back to the pot. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients by about 1 inch.
  6. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to the "Manual" setting on high pressure for 30 minutes.
