  1. Turn on the Instant Pot to the "Sauté" setting and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Brown the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. Add the sausage, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, water, thyme, oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Return the chicken thighs to the pot, secure the lid, and set the valve to "Sealing."
  6. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  7. Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
