  1. No-boil lasagna noodles (8 pieces)
  2. Ground meat (beef or chicken) - 500g
  3. Ricotta cheese - 250g
  4. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 400g
  5. Jar of pasta sauce (your favorite flavor)
  6. Dry mixed Italian herbs (oregano, basil, etc.) - 2 tbsp
  7. Grated parmesan cheese (optional) - 50g for topping

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Open the jar of pasta sauce and pour a layer at the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  3. Arrange a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, breaking them if necessary to fit.
  4. Spread half of the meat mixture evenly over the noodles.
  5. Top with another layer of sauce, then spread the ricotta cheese evenly.
  6. Add another layer of noodles, followed by the remaining meat mixture and sauce.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover with the Instant Pot lid.
  8. Set the Instant Pot to "Manual" mode, high pressure, for 20 minutes. Then do a quick release.
  9. Open the pot and top with grated parmesan cheese (if using).
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
