  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the pork on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
