  9. Black beans (cooked) - 1 cup (200g)

  1. In a large pot, heat the canola oil over medium flame.
  2. Add the chopped onions and peppers; cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the chopped beef and cook until no longer red.

  5. Pour in enough water to cover the contents in the pot and bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer.
