Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up as you cook.
  3. Drain off any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Cut the watermelon into small cubes.
  6. To assemble the wraps, place a lettuce leaf on a plate.
  7. Spoon some of the pork mixture into the center.
