  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms, onions, and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, and half of the marinara sauce.
  6. Spread 1 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Layer with 4 lasagna noodles.
  8. Spread with half of the sausage and vegetable mixture.
  9. Top with half of the cheese mixture.
  10. Repeat layers.
  11. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
  12. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
