  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin puree, and cinnamon.
  6. Spread 1/3 of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Top with 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat with another 1/3 of the batter and the remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with the remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
