Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Dip the ladyfingers in the raspberry jam and line them up on the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Top with half of the raspberries.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
