Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Marinate the shrimp in soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ginger powder for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
