Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Clean and devein shrimps, and then rinse with water. Set aside.
  2. Open and clean scallops, removing any shells or debris. Set aside.
  3. In a hot wok or stir-fry pan, add oil and heat until shimmering.
  4. Add ginger slices and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add red bell peppers and green onions, and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Add shrimps and scallops, and continue to stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.
  7. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken broth or water. Mix well and cook until the sauce reduces and coats the seafood.
  8. Serve immediately in a hot plate.
