  4. BBQ sauce - 1/3 cup
  5. Onion - 1, chopped
  6. Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  7. Salt and pepper - to taste
  8. Chicken broth or water - 1 cup

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pork ribs, brown sugar, ketchup, BBQ sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and pour the chicken broth or water over the ribs.
  4. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
