Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Place the tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread 1/3 cup of the hash browns evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Top with 1/6 of the sausage, green and red bell peppers, onion, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and green chiles.
  4. Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling.
  5. Fold the sides in over the filling.
  6. Roll the tortilla up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  8. Add the burritos to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and heated through, about 10 minutes.
