  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, ground beef mixture, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  6. Spread half of the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
