Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Guinness stout, mustard, horseradish, pickling spices, honey, and black pepper.
  3. Place the corned beef brisket in the bowl and rub the marinade all over it.
  4. Transfer the corned beef to a roasting pan and pour the remaining marinade over it.
  5. Add the beef broth to the pan.
  6. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the beef is tender and falls apart easily.
