  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, 1/2 cup gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili powder. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together cornstarch and flour.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in cornstarch mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
