Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  6. Add wilted spinach to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Stuff pasta shells with the spinach and cheese mixture.
  8. Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Place stuffed pasta shells in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
