  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and milk until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
