  2. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture and arrange them in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
