  5. Garlic - 3 cloves, crushed

  7. Red bell peppers - 1, chopped
  8. Green bell peppers - 1, chopped
  9. Oil - 3 tbsp
  10. Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pot, heat the oil and add the chopped onions and crushed garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.

  5. Pour in enough water to cover the chicken and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the chopped tomatoes and bell peppers and season with salt and pepper.
