  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it using two forks.
  4. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the white beans, great northern beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, green chili peppers, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
