Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes and cut them into 1/2-inch thick wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the fish. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  6. In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, breadcrumbs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Season the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Dip each cod fillet first in the flour, then in the breadcrumbs, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
  9. Place the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket on top of the potatoes.
