Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the pork tenderloin slices in the flour mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Brown the pork slices on all sides.
  4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in the chicken broth and white wine (if using). Bring to a simmer and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
