  1. Pork belly or shoulder - 1 pound (450 grams)
  2. Red bell peppers - 2, chopped
  3. Green bell peppers - 2, chopped
  4. Pineapple chunks - 1 cup
  5. Onion - 1, chopped
  6. Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  7. Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
  8. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  9. Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
  10. White vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  11. Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Cut the pork into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and brown the pork cubes on all sides. Remove and set aside.
