Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, with a corner facing towards you.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the left and right corners inwards.
  5. Roll up the wrapper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Brush the egg roll with water to seal the edges.
  7. Repeat steps 2-6 for the remaining egg roll wrappers.
  8. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 180-190°C (350-375°F).
  9. Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  10. Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
