  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, orange juice, parsley, and black pepper.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan fitted with a wire rack.
  4. Score the outer skin of the ham to help the marinade penetrate.
  5. Pour the marinade over the ham and rub it in all over.
  6. Cover the ham with foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
