  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until thickened.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with gnocchi and remaining marinara sauce.
