Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until a coarse paste forms.
  3. Use a sharp knife to make a pocket in the side of each chicken breast. Stuff with the pesto mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
