  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
