  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the sour cream and heavy cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  8. Pipe or spread a layer of banana slices over the cheesecake.
